Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated within this window. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and hygiene liners intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear without hygiene liners

  • Undergarments

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale items

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Store credit may be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

 

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and small production runs, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item within the 14-day window.

 

Non-Compliant Returns

Items that show signs of wear, have missing tags or hygiene liners, or carry strong odors will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
