We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a flat rate of $8.99 is applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

PRL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.
